Hotels in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica
Best Western Jaco Beach Room

Hotels in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica

Hotels in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, are centrally located on the Pacific coast, making it possible to take day trips to Manuel Antonio, Puntarenas and other fun spots in Costa Rica.

Hotels here run the gamut, from luxurious resorts to economical cabinas. The farther from the beach, the cheaper the hotel is the general rule.

A variety of hotels of Jaco run along the road beside one of the most popular beach towns in the country.

Several places are scattered along its sandy shores, while hotels are neatly tucked away in the nearby rain forest.

The only thing you will not find in Jaco is a plethora of all-inclusive accommodations, which are more common in Guanacaste and Puntarenas.

If looking for casino action, the Amapola has some of the liveliest. It also features the only card room with poker here. Texas Hold'em is the main game, with big money tournaments at least once a year

Lodging and Beatle Bar

You'll find a Best Western hotel and a Marriott (the Los Suenos, seen below, which is actually in Playa Herradura to the north).

The majority of the top places to stay are independent operations run by locals or expatriates

Some have swim up bar and other amenities.

Jaco Beach is among the country's most active and is as popular with locals as it is with tourists, so make your reservations in advance. It fills up fast on weekends, even in Rainy Season.

The world famous Beatle Bar and other nightlife hot spots are within walking distance (and on your way back, staggering distance).
