Payment Terms
There are times during the high season where the payment for services ,
hotel rooms, charter boats, needs to be as far in advance as possible.
Some of the most exclusive boutique hotels sell out a full 5 months in
advance for certain dates.
Therefore, confirmation of reservations requires 50% deposit of the
total cost of the package at least 60 days prior to the start date of
any tour. The balance must be received 30 days prior to your arrival in
Costa Rica.
All deposits are refundable up until 30 days of the start date (less a
$50.00 per person handling fee).
Payment methods are fax credit card authorization, or by wire transfer.
Instructions for your preferred method of payment will be sent when
final itinerary has been approved.
Responsibility
The criteria of excellence in quality of service will be followed at all
times. Adventure Tours in Costa Rica acts only as an
agent for the passenger in regard to travel, whether it be by horseback,
4x4, car, microbus, bus, boat or airplane and assumes no liability for
injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur
during a program. The tour operator can accept no responsibility or loss
or additional expense due to changes in schedules or other causes beyond
our control. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a
member of any tour or to change or withdraw the tour as circumstances
demand. All rates are subject to change Adventure Tours in Costa
Rica cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss of
passenger's baggage, accident or loss of personal property, or for
additional expenses due to storms, acts of God or other causes beyond
our control. Any such expenses will be paid for by the passenger.
